Members run a multi-dimensional protocol: supplements, training, sleep, labs, wearables. Your app shows adherence, efficacy per marker and biological clocks; your clinicians see who is drifting.

Patients log doses, side effects, protein, weight and glucose. The care team sees who is tolerating the medication, who is short on protein, and who needs a dose conversation.
