Recovery after surgery or treatment

Make your recovery plan work.

After surgery, cancer treatment or an injury, recovery is a list of instructions for every day. Kinosis turns it into a plan you can follow and shows how you're doing.

What you log

Medication and antibiotics, wound care and dressings, a photo of the incision when your plan asks for it, exercises and their sets, pain on a 0–10 scale, fatigue, nausea, meals, sleep, steps.

How you see it's working

Pain and fatigue day by day, exercises done against your plan, steps and sleep coming back, your photos in order for your care team.

What Kinosis flags

Doses missed several times in a row, exercises your care team marked as required skipped for days, answers to your aftercare questions that your care team should see.

Kinosis flags; it never diagnoses.

What it finds

“Your pain is lower on days you do the morning exercises.”

“You sleep less on nights you skip the evening dose.”

With your care team

If your clinic uses Kinosis, your plan comes from them: each medication, supplement and instruction with how to take it, and reminders at the times they set. One tap on a medication reminder records the dose. Ask about your plan in the chat: Kinosis answers from your clinic's instructions, and anything they don't cover goes to your care team, whose answer arrives in the same chat. Between visits they see how your plan is going, not only the day of the appointment. If your plan asks for a photo, the reminder opens the camera; your care team sees the photos in order.

If you have a high fever, heavy bleeding or trouble breathing, call emergency services now.

Your plan exists. Now make it work.
