Protocol management for your members.
A management portal for your team.
Your members get the Kinosis app, to run the protocol you prescribe: they log what they do, take and feel in a sentence, a voice note or a photo, with wearables and lab reports connected. Your team sets and adjusts each member's protocol in the Providers Portal and sees adherence, response per marker and who needs attention today. Start today on a Kinosis plan, or get your own app, connected to your systems.
From $249 a month, 14-day trial. For your own app or an integration, write to us.

What your members log, the member app, the Providers Portal, and what changes for your team.
[01] Start now
Start today on a Kinosis plan.
Sign up and create your clinic and give your members the join code. They download the Kinosis app, enter the code, they start using the app, and appear in your portal’s caseload.
Your members get
The protocol as a live checklist with reminders. Logging in a sentence, a voice note or a photo, from the app, WhatsApp, their watch or the assistant they already use, with no forms. Wearables and lab reports connected. On screen: adherence, efficacy per marker over time, and biological clocks with what drives them.
You get, in the Providers Portal
Every member's protocol, set and adjusted by you: targets, templates, supplements, medications and reminders, every change announced in the member's chat. Adherence and markers in one place. A queue ranked by who needs attention today: missed doses, a marker not responding, a symptom pattern, a stalled protocol. Messaging inside the member's own conversation, so the coach or physician steps in where the member already is.
One product, one feature set, three sizes: the member app, the full portal with physician, coach and coordinator roles, the queue, protocol management, reports, exports and unlimited team seats are in every plan. The only difference is the number of active members.
Practice
$249/month

14-day trial, card required. Monthly or annual; annual is two months free. Card and plan changes in the billing portal.
Active member: an enrolled member who logged or synced in the last 30 days. Above 500 members: your own app or an integration, below.
[02] What is delivered
Three pieces, all included in every shape.
Member app (the Kinosis app, or your own app)
Conversational capture: a member tells the app what they did, ate, took or felt, in text, voice, or a photo, and it becomes structured data. Also captured from WhatsApp, Siri, Apple Watch, ChatGPT and Claude, wearables (Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health, Health Connect), and lab PDFs. The protocol as a live list of targets with reminders and one-tap check-offs. Three questions answered on screen: Adherence (are they doing it), Efficacy (is it working, per marker, over time), Signals (what is off-target and not responding). Biological clocks (PhenoAge, fitness age) with drivers linked to the member's own targets.

The Kinosis app as members use it today. Your own app: your name, icon and look from the store listing on, with your protocol templates, catalog and content.
Care app
The team inside each member's record: physician, coach, coordinator, with roles and consent. A queue that ranks who needs attention today from the engines (missed doses, a marker not responding, a symptom pattern, a stalled protocol), not from inbox order. The team acts through the same conversation the member already uses. Caseload, member and queue views. Tiering for high-touch, standard and self-serve programs.

Queue: what fired, for whom, with the evidence attached.

Member: protocol, response per marker, clocks, labs and the conversation, on one screen.
Care app design screens, shown with example data.
Platform
The data model for protocols, supplements, medications, labs, wearables and behaviour; the adherence, efficacy, signals, correlation and clock engines; integrations; API and exports. Hosted and operated by Kinosis, one tenant per company, members' data isolated per tenant, exportable and deletable on request. Kinosis never sells or shares member data and never sells supplements, tests or prescriptions.

[03] Your own app, or inside your systems
Your own app, connected to your systems, or inside the app you already have.
Beyond Kinosis plans, the same three pieces as your own app, connected to your systems, or inside your systems. What changes is where they run and what they connect to; the members' experience and your portal stay the same.
| AYour own app | BYour own app, connected to your systems | CInside your systems | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member app | An app with your name on it, from the App Store and Google Play listing on (name, icon, look, protocol templates, catalog, content), published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts; Kinosis helps you set them up | Same | Your existing member app; Kinosis capture, protocol, adherence, efficacy, signals and clocks added inside it through the Kinosis API and SDK |
| Care app | Kinosis care app for your team | Same, plus links into your care tools | Care features delivered inside your existing care tools, or the Kinosis care app alongside them |
| Platform | Hosted by Kinosis, your tenant | Hosted by Kinosis, connected to your systems: single sign-on and member provisioning, your lab partner's results in, data out to your record system, CRM or warehouse by API, webhooks and exports | Hosted by Kinosis, integrated with your stack end to end; your engineers and Kinosis build the integration together |
| Time to first members | Weeks | One to three months | Scoped as a project, typically months |
| Best for | Any practice or program without a member app of its own, from a single practitioner to a membership program with thousands of members | A program with existing systems of record that must stay the source of truth | A company with its own app and engineering team that wants the protocol layer without a second app |
They are not exclusive: a company can start on a Kinosis plan, add its own app, and connect it to its systems as it grows.
Kinosis plans scale down to one practitioner
A coach, nutritionist or physician with a handful of clients gets the care app and puts clients on the Kinosis app as it is: build a protocol, share a link, monitor adherence and efficacy. Custom templates, a catalog and your own app come when the program is large enough to want them.
[04] Privacy and security
Member data belongs to the member. The platform is built to keep it that way.
A health company puts its members' most sensitive data on the platform. This is how that data is handled today, stated as what is in place, not as promises.
Regulation
Kinosis is not a healthcare provider and claims no certification. What it commits to, in writing, per engagement:
- US · HIPAAFor a program that is a covered entity or business associate, Kinosis signs a business associate agreement and handles the members' protected health information under it. The safeguards below are the technical side of that agreement; access by role, member consent and the deletion path are the administrative side.
- EU · UK · GDPRHealth data is special-category data: processed only with the member's explicit consent, under a data processing agreement with the company, with the standard contractual clauses covering hosting in the United States. Members keep their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection.
- US statesConsumer-health laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and the California privacy law are met by construction: collection with consent, no sale of data, deletion on request.
Ownership and use
Each member's data belongs to that member. Your team sees it under the consent the member gives, by role. Kinosis never sells or shares member data, never uses it for advertising, and sells no supplements, tests or prescriptions, so nothing in the business model depends on what the data says.
Tenant isolation
One tenant per company. A member's data lives in your tenant and is never visible to another company or to other members. Population percentiles are computed from aggregated, anonymised distributions; no individual value is exposed in that calculation.
Export and deletion
Everything is exportable: API, webhooks, PDF reports and a full data export. A member can delete their account and all of their data from the app at any time; a company can ask for its tenant to be deleted. Deleted data leaves the automated backups within seven days.
Encryption and storage
TLS 1.2 and 1.3 only, with HSTS, in transit. The database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Photos, lab reports and PDFs sit in a private bucket and are served only through signed links that expire after one hour. Hosted on AWS in the United States, with automated daily database backups.
Access and authentication
Members sign in with a one-time code sent to their phone; access tokens last fifteen minutes, refresh tokens are bound to the device and can be revoked. Care-team access is gated by role and by member consent. Kinosis staff access to the administration interface requires a second factor. Secrets never live in code or logs, and phone numbers are masked in logs.
AI processing
Messages are understood by Claude (Anthropic) through its commercial API, which does not use the data to train models; voice notes are transcribed by OpenAI under the same terms. Only the message and the health context needed for the reply are sent. No model is trained on member data, by Kinosis or by its providers.
Engineering practice
Every change passes automated tests and a dependency vulnerability audit before it can be deployed. Security headers (content security policy, frame denial, strict referrer) are set on every page. Google's CASA security assessment, required for the Google Health integration, is in progress in 2026.
Your requirements
Data processing terms, retention and the review your program needs are agreed during discovery, with your compliance team where you have one. The consumer privacy policy describes the same handling for members of the free app. Questions about a specific requirement: partners@kinosis.ai.
